Sarah played Kelly Thomson, former student to Ken Barlow, Ken hired her to look after baby Daniel. After she became Daniel's live in nanny, she started to go out with Ashley Peacock, later that year they would split-up, when Kelly decided to go to Scotland to look after Daniel with Denise Osborne.
